Once your waybill has been created, you will receive an email notification, with an active link that will direct you to the online tracking system.

Please note, it may take 24 - 48 hours for the tracking link to become active. 

Once the order is with our courier, the customer is responsible for tracking the parcel. If you experience any issues with the tracking information that we have supplied, please feel free to contact us at and we will gladly assist.

** In the unlikely event that a parcel is "lost" or "undelivered", Dotti Hair Extensions will not be held liable, should the customer not notify us within 30 days of the order being shipped. No refund/credit will be issued after this 30 day period.

Shipped items cannot be cancelled or changed. Kindly note that PayFast transactions fees will not be refunded. Transaction fees vary according to the transaction amount.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, please allow enough time for processing & delivery.  

Standard delivery within South Africa takes about 3-5 days to main centres. Outlying areas may result in longer delivery times. Please note that deliveries are made on weekdays between Monday to Friday only.

Items that are purchased on a pre-order basis will be delivered within 5-15 business days from the date of your order.

No. We use a door-to-door delivery service. Please supply us with a home or work daytime delivery address when placing your order.

EFT - Pay from invoice
Upon confirmation of your order, you may select to 'pay from invoice'. We will send you an invoice with our bank details and payment instructions for an EFT transfer.
We currently do not accept PayPal payments or lay-byes.

Yes. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be in its original packaging for the return to be accepted. Any products that have a broken seal or have been tampered with, will not be accepted for a refund.

Kindly note that we do not refund PayFast transaction fees. Transaction fees vary according to the transaction amounts. Transaction fees are not applicable to EFT payments.

This prevents tangling and provides a natural, smooth look and texture. All Dotti Hair Extensions products are made from 100% Remy Human Hair.

The lifespan of your hair extensions will depend on its maintenance. We recommend that you follow our hair-care guide which is included in your package. With the utmost care, your hair can last up to 3-5 years.

Yes. All the products in the Dotti Hair Extensions range are made from 100% Remy Human Hair. You can conveniently style the hair with heat styling tools. We recommend that you use a low heat setting of 120C/250F. Do bear in mind that like natural hair, the hair can become damaged by excessive heat styling.

Yes. Our 100% Remy Human hair can be dyed.

As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten it. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions to get the results you want, as coloring them yourself poses a high risk of an undesired color. We would advise for a patch test prior to coloring or restyling the full set to ensure that the final shade is what you anticipate.

Please note: Any bleaching/coloring is done at the customer's own risk and Dotti Hair Extensions will not be held accountable for undesired results.
